Equip KIDS International is a Canadian, registered charity dedicated to helping children with disabilities in developing countries. Our current programs are concentrated in Peru and include the production and distribution of assistive technology (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.), as well as Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and Education programs. 

Our goal is to improve the quality of life of children with disabilities and their families, and to empower them to play a more active role in their communities. We also promote human rights and educate families and communities, in an effort to improve the survival rate of children with disabilities (which can be abysmal in the developing world).
